My Personal Ab Rocket Review: How I went from 250lbs to 215lbs (with a six pack!)
Hi, my name is Anthony and this site is to give you my personal review on the Ab Rocket along with some tips and tricks on how to lose weight and get the six pack you always wanted. My family has a history of being overweight and I was afraid I was doomed for the same fate. I weighed over 250 pounds, I was depressed about it, and being depressed I ate more food. What a vicious cycle.
I went for my annual doctor’s appointment last year and during the checkout they do blood work to make sure I’m healthy… well I wasn’t. When the bloodwork came back my doctor asked me to come into the office and he told me that if I don’t start changing my habits and lose some weight then I will most likely have a heart attack by the age of 40. That was the best news I ever received because it woke me up. It caused me to take action. The hardest thing is to take that first step, and that news was the kick in the pants that I needed.
I decided that I would exercise and I would start dieting. Now I am a busy guy, I work long hours and so going to the gym after working a 14 hour day is pretty rough so I decided to do some research and find a product that I can use at home to exercise.
I wanted something that 1. Worked 2. Didn’t take up a ton of space 3. Didn’t cost me an arm and a leg.
Long story short I decided to try the ab rocket. Now I say “try” and not “buy” because with the ab rocket you can try it before you buy it for 30 days. A lot of places sell imitations and they don’t allow the free 30 day trial because they know their imitation is really a piece of garbage, but the Official Ab Rocket company allowed me a 30 day free trial. After the first week I was hooked. I really felt my abs getting the workout and by the end of the first month I saw some awesome results. I took a few pictures so I could see the difference and looking at them now it is amazing!

So how did I do it? This is the question that everyone always asks me… I’d like to say that I spent 2 years working really hard at it, but that is not what I did. I used my Ab Rocket every day for 15 minutes and I took diet supplements. After 5 weeks I was a new person, literally. Using the ab rocket is simple.

As you can see, this is not a complex exercise product. It won’t take you 3 years to assemble. It won’t require 50 square feet of space in your house. And using it is fast, easy, and even fun! I would do this in front of the tv and before you know it you’ve been working out for 15 minutes and you’re done for the day.
You can feel your abs really getting a good workout and after I started seeing results I got really excited. I went from being depressed about being overweight to looking forward to losing the weight and for the first time ever in my life seeing my abs. My wife noticed a difference in my attitude and she said this was by far the best thing I had ever done. My whole family was amazed when they saw me, and now my two brothers and sister have started using the Ab Rocket and are starting to see some great results.
I will tell you that I had a little help in losing some weight and that was some diet supplements that I took while I was using the ab rocket. I was never a fan of diet supplements because they cost so much and you’d need to spend $100 to test out a product when you really didn’t know if it would work for you. So what did I do? The same thing I did with the Ab Rocket, I found diet supplements from manufacturers that let you test out their product before you have to buy it. You get a free two week trial. You do have to pay a few dollars to cover the shipping and handling, but that is understandable and I’d much rather pay a few bucks then $100 to try out a product. I tested out 5 different diet supplements (why not when they are free trials?) and they were all pretty good, my favorite was the Acai Berry diet. This one gave me the best results, but like I mentioned everyone is different so you should try out as many as you can and find the one that works out the best for you.
